Bozeman Creek Family Health is proud and excited to welcome our 5th doctor to the practice.  Dr. Hanly Burton is a recent graduate of the Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings and is happy to be returning to his family home of Bozeman.  Please see our staff profiles for more information about Dr. Burton.

Founded in 2005, Bozeman Creek Family Health is Bozeman''''''''s newest Family Medicine practice. Located in downtown Bozeman, the practice is located in a newly remodelled building which supports a warm, friendly, state-of-the-art outpatient medical office.  The practice is currently staffed by five family physicians:

OPEN ACCESS SCHEDULING

"Open access" means you can see your physician when you want to be seen.  In other words, you can call the morning of the day you want to be seen and get an appointment the same day.  While many offices offer same day appointments for acute illness, at Bozeman Creek Family Health, same-day appointments need NOT be only for emergencies!  We will make same-day appointments for any type of visit including well child checks, physicials, injuries acute illnesses or chronic conditions based on availability.  In addition, once you have selected your primary physician, we will, in most cases, get you in to see your physician when you want to be seen.  If your physician is out of the office, you will always have the option of seeing one of her partners.  And, if you want to schedule your appointment for a later date, you certainly have that option, as well.  Flexibility and access are key!

OFFICE HOURS: 

 Tues thru Th from 8am to 7 pm;

 Monday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm 

 Saturday from 9 am to noon. 

 A physician is on-call 24 hours per day for urgent care needs.

Miscelaneous Information/Policies

In order to maintain a high level of availability, access, and quality, we request that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment that you try your best to give us 24 hours notice so that we can schedule someone else in that slot.  No-shows and last minute cancellations make it difficult for us to see everyone that needs to be seen that day.  Please be advised that we may need to charge a fee for missed appointments or appointments that are not cancelled with 24 hours notice to offset the costs to us of holding open that slot.  We are always very understanding that last minute emergencies come up but  at the same time, we are trying to respect the time constraints and needs of all of our patients.  Thank you for your understanding and assistance with this!
